Your choice

When you first visit Talk with Raya, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics tools are loaded and no data is collected for analytics purposes. Your choice is stored in your browser and we will not ask again on return visits.

Talk with Raya works fully without analytics cookies. Declining does not affect your access to any feature of the platform.

These cookies are necessary for the platform to function and cannot be turned off. They are used for authentication, maintaining your session, and remembering your cookie consent preference.

Google Analytics

Analytics (optional)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and navigate Talk with Raya. This includes which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and which links they click. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

PostHog

Analytics (optional)

We use PostHog to understand how users interact with the product in more detail. This includes recording anonymised session replays, tracking which features are used, and identifying where users encounter friction. Session recordings may capture clicks, scrolls, and form interactions but are configured to mask sensitive input fields.

Data collected: Page views, clicks, session replays, feature usage, user identity (when signed in)

What we do not use cookies for

Advertising or retargeting (we run no ads)
Selling your data to third parties
Cross-site tracking beyond the Talk with Raya platform
Profiling you for purposes other than improving the product

How to withdraw consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so:

Open your browser's developer tools or settings and clear local storage for talkwithraya.com
Alternatively, clear all cookies and site data for talkwithraya.com in your browser settings
On your next visit the consent banner will reappear and you can choose to decline

Withdrawing consent stops any future data collection but does not delete data already collected by Google Analytics or PostHog. To request deletion of previously collected analytics data, contact us at the address below.
